Yes. Gurgling and bubbling is refrigerant moving around the system, and clicking is the thermostat switching the compressor on and off. These are all normal. A loud rattle or buzz usually means the unit is touching a wall or another object, or something on top is vibrating; a small repositioning normally solves it.

Keep the door closed as much as possible; a fridge will hold a safe temperature for around 4 hours and a full freezer for up to 24 to 48 hours. The unit will restart automatically when power returns. Check contents afterwards and do not refreeze food that has fully thawed.

Error codes vary by model and controller. Check the user manual supplied with your unit for details. If you cannot resolve it, contact your local engineer with your model and serial number to hand.

The rating plate showing the model and serial number is located either inside or on the back of the unit. You will need these numbers for any spare parts or service enquiry.

Before calling for service, check the following: the unit is plugged in and the socket is working; the thermostat is set correctly; the condenser is free of dust; there is enough ventilation space around the unit; the door is closing and sealing properly; the unit is not overloaded or blocking internal air vents; and the unit is away from direct sunlight or heat sources. If none of these resolves it, contact your point of purchase or local distributor.

In hot weather, after loading warm stock, or where the door is opened frequently, it is normal for the unit to run for long periods. If it never cycles off, check the thermostat is set correctly, the door gasket is sealing and the condenser is clean. Some commercial units are designed to run for long periods under heavy use.

Condensation forms when warm, humid air meets the cold glass, and is normal in humid conditions or busy environments. Wipe the glass with a dry cloth and improve ventilation around the unit where possible. Some Husky models feature heated or Low E glass specifically to reduce condensation.

Ice build-up is usually caused by frequent door openings, a door left ajar, a damaged door gasket letting humid air in, or the temperature being set colder than needed. Check the gasket, make sure the door closes fully and defrost the unit if ice has already formed.

Check the unit is level, then check the drain hole inside the unit is not blocked by food or debris; clear it gently with warm water. Also check the evaporation tray at the back of the unit is sitting correctly in place. If the leak continues, contact your local engineer.
