Serge Kremer

Serge’s academic career began at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, where he studied Physics from 1985 to 1991, completing his Masters degree in Geophysics.
He then moved to Minneapolis, MN, to join Cray Research, a leading manufacturer of supercomputers, where he worked in Marketing & Sales to the worldwide petroleum industry. To broaden his horizons, Serge completed his MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau in 1995, before taking on the role of Zone Manager with Ford Motor Company in Belgium, where he was responsible for sales targets across a network of dealers in Eastern Belgium and Luxembourg.
In 1997 Serge joined Stork, a Dutch engineering conglomerate, as Business Development Manager for the Stork Technical Services group. He was promoted to Managing Director of Stork FDO B.V., one of Stork’s specialist technical services companies, a position he held from 1998 to 2001.
In January 2001 Serge co-founded Penguin Ventures, a Private Equity company created to provide a combination of management expertise and fresh capital to medium-sized Dutch companies facing strategic and operational challenges. Under his leadership, Penguin Ventures has since acquired several medium-sized industrial companies.
In 2005 Serge relocated to London with his family. In 2014 he acquired Husky, a UK-based supplier of commercial and domestic refrigeration equipment, and has since served as CEO, overseeing all of Husky’s global operations.

Peter Taylor

Peter’s career in refrigeration began in 1991 at Gamko Refrigeration UK, the Dutch manufacturer of back bar refrigerators and beer coolers, where he rose from work-experience student to Operations and Accounts Manager, running all UK administration for a business turning over around £5 million a year.
He joined Husky UK in 2001 as Assistant Director, overseeing logistics, stock control, service and spare parts, coordinating five European suppliers and running Husky’s advertising and design arm with a budget of over £1 million.
In 2005 Peter relocated to China to manage Husky’s sourcing and sales offices in Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Shanghai, before moving to Florida to establish Husky USA as its Director. He returned to Husky in 2012 as Husky International Director and became an official Director and shareholder of Husky International Ltd in 2014, relocating to Guangdong, China, establishing and managing Husky’s wholly owned foreign enterprise (WOFE) manufacturing facility and sales office.
Since 2019 Peter has been based in the UK, with regular travel to China, overseeing customer relationships, logistics, planning, quality control and R&D across Husky International.

Wayne Hnylycia

Wayne’s career in refrigeration began in 2014 at Capital Cooling, working as part of a nationwide engineering team to provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services across the UK. During this time, he delivered 24-hour emergency response services for commercial clients, supported installation teams with the commissioning of new projects, and carried out specialised warranty repairs for refrigeration manufacturers.
He joined Husky UK in July 2016 as Service Manager based in Leicestershire. In this position, Wayne was responsible for carrying out quality inspections on new equipment, providing remote technical support to a network of refrigeration engineers, and handling on-site warranty repairs. His role also bridged the gap between distribution and production, as he managed spare parts stock control, supported the UK sales team with technical insights, and advised the Husky manufacturing plant on product specifications and design.
In June 2018, Wayne stepped into his current role as Chief Technology Officer for Husky International Ltd. In this executive capacity, he oversees the entirety of product design, development, quality control, and product compliance. Working on a daily basis with China-based manufacturing facilities, he travels regularly to the factories for hands-on project execution. Wayne also manages international travel to maintain strong relationships with global distributors, supports the Husky UK sales teams with high-level technical input, and directly oversees the UK service and spares departments.

Acho Yang
Factory Manager, Husky International Ltd
Acho’s career began in 2004 following her graduation from Xi’an Fanyi University. She initially joined the MiTAC-Synnes Group-one of Taiwan’s most prominent IT corporations-working as a PMC/Buyer, where she was responsible for the sourcing and oversight of IC and electronic components.
In 2005, Acho transitioned to Gem Lantern, a medium-sized local enterprise specialising in exporting lighting and electronic parts across the globe, including Europe and the USA. After starting her tenure in export sales, her strong performance led to successive promotions to Sales Manager and, ultimately, Manager of the engineering, development, and entire export departments.
Acho joined Husky in 2009 as a Sales Manager within the export department. She excelled in managing overseas customer portfolios and navigating logistics, earning a promotion to Senior Sales Manager where she successfully led the export department and a team of 10 sales personnel.
In 2015, Acho was promoted to General Manager of Husky International, taking charge of a manufacturing workforce of approximately 120 personnel. In this role, she directs full-scale production, supplier networks, supply chain logistics, quality control, and R&D projects. She also oversees the daily operations of both the factory and the office, managing a team of 25 office staff across the purchasing, HR, and accounts departments.
